Set in Dartmoor National Park, just ten minutes from the market town of Tavistock this park is a great place to relax amongst countryside surroundings with top sites of Devon and Cornwall within easy reach. This campsite has three cosy glamping options to choose from, the pods are all well-insulated and have heating. The Langstone Kitty camping pod can sleep up to two guests but you will need to bring your own air bed or camping mat as the pod just has a TV, lighting and electric sockets. There are eight large camping pods which can sleep up to four guests and have a double sofa bed with a pull-out bed which can sleep two guests, for any additional guests you will need to bring an air bed or camping mat. The pod has lighting, electric sockets and a TV. Outside is a parking bay, a small veranda with a table and chairs plus a concrete slab for BBQs. Then, there are six mega glamping pods which are suitable for up to four guests with a double bed and a double sofa bed, plus underfloor heating to keep you cosy. You will also be provided with a kettle, microwave, fridge, a TV and a table and chairs. This pod has an ensuite toilet, but shower facilities are in the main, shared block. Outside of the mega glamping pod is a patio area complete with outdoor seating and a BBQ, with space to park too. Onsite, there are also a range of pitches suitable for tents and tourers. Guests staying in the glamping units and on the pitches have access to the shared facility block with toilets, showers and underfloor heating. Here, there is also a washing up area and a laundry room so you don't need to leave it all until you get home. In reception, there is a small shop selling groceries and essentials in case you've forgotten anything and there is a bar/restaurant for evening meals if you don't fancy cooking. You will also have access to WiFi, but do note that there is a charge to use this service. Little ones can let off steam in the playground, playing table tennis or meeting new friends in the games room. Remember to bring your bedding, towels and toiletries and if you're staying in the camping pods an air bed or camping mat. The Langstone Kitty and mega glamping pods do not allow dogs to stay, however, the camping and touring pitches are dog friendly so there may be dogs onsite. Fires are welcome in raised fire pits only, the same applies to BBQs.
