Baldwin's Brook

Baldwin's Brook is nestled on the banks of the River Severn set on a working farm just outside of Gloucester, there are two ensuite glamping pods as well as three fully serviced touring pitches at this site. The two pods are equipped for all year round visits and sleep up to three with a double bed and a sofa bed for a little one. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings as you sit outside your pod, watching the birds as the sun sets. Dog friendly.

Sit back and unwind by the banks of the River Severn on this peaceful working farm surrounded by an abundance of wildlife and birdlife. Spend your days getting stuck into a good book, visiting Gloucester or heading on a countryside walk then your evenings walking to one of the pubs down the road. The two pods are equipped for stays all year round with underfloor heating for winter and fan cooling for the summer months, the pods are also equipped with USB charger points and electric sockets so you can keep connected during your stay. The pods are open plan with a small double bed and the Newton pod has a sofa bed for a little one, bedding and bed linen are provided so there's no need to pack your own. The pods also have an equipped kitchen for all of your self-catering needs with a kitchen sink, microwave, kettle, toaster, hob and fridge provided. All cooking utensils and crockery are supplied too including, a bottle opener, tea towels, mugs and cutlery. Tea, coffee and sugar supplies as well as the cooking basics (salt, pepper, oil etc.) are all also provided so you can lighten the packing load, and for cleaning up afterward you're provided with household basics like washing up liquid and bin bags. There is an ensuite room in each pod with a power shower, a toilet and a sink with towels, shampoo and body wash provided. There is also a Freeview TV mounted on the wall of the pod so you can curl up in bed as you watch your favourite show or film. Step outside your pod and you'll find picnic bench seating to make the most of your river views, or sit out on your decking with the table and chairs provided and crack open a bottle of wine as you admire the countryside views. Your pod will have a fire pit outside for toasting marshmallows in the evenings, you can even add a fire starting kit or logs to your booking. There is also parking available outside of your pod. The pods also allow up to three dogs to join you for your stay so they can join the fun!
