The town of Banham is five minutes away with family friendly pubs, takeaways and a butchers too. The site is home to a wide range of glamping options from simple camping pods to ensuite shepherd's cabins for up to five guests plus a range of pitches for campers and tourers. The standard pods are the most basic of the offerings and require you to bring all of your camping equipment minus the tent, with space to sleep up to two adults and two children. Inside is carpeted, and fully insulated with heating, lighting and plug sockets. Outside is a terrace with a picnic table with French doors at the front of the pod. Guests will have access to the shared campsite facilities just a short walk away. For something a bit more luxe, opt for one of the posh pods and choose between twin beds or a comfy double bed depending on what suits you. The pods have a mini kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and glassware. There is also an LCD TV with Freeview channels, a DVD player, a bistro table, and two chairs. These pods are fully insulated and heated too with plug sockets and lighting, perfect for all year round stays. French doors lead to an outside decking with a picnic table if you're wanting al fresco dining. Shared facilities are nearby and guests must bring their own towels, but bedding and bed linen is provided. The shepherd's cabins are perfect for those seeking a more luxurious stay, each with ensuites and options to suit couples and families. The couples cabins have a king sized bed, the family cabins have the addition of two single bunks over the king-sized bed and the family plus cabin has an additional sofa bed for an extra guest. Fit for all year round, the cabins are fully insulated with double glazed windows and are equipped for all your self catering needs with a fridge/freezer, a combination oven, grill and hob, a kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and glassware. The ensuites have a basin, a toilet and a luxury bath if you're staying in the couple's cabins or a shower in one of the family cabins. Towels, bedding and bed linen are all provided so there is no need to pack your own. For relaxing in the evenings there is a lounge area with an LCD TV with Freeview channels, plus board games if you want some traditional family fun away from the screens. Again, French doors will lead you to a private decking area with a table, chairs and a parasol. There is free WiFi across the site which all guests have access to. The standard pods, the posh pods and some of the shepherd's cabins do not allow dogs, but there are dog friendly shepherd's cabins that welcome four legged friends. There is an additional charge for brining dogs but this includes a welcome pack for your pooch! Fire pits and raised BBQs are welcome so get ready for campfire cooking and toasting marshmallows under a starry night sky. Guests have access to all of the fantastic facilities at the campsite including a heated toilet and shower block, laundry, a children's play trail, a giant chessboard, table tennis, a dog exercise area, events space for groups and ice pack freezing. There is plenty onsite to keep you occupied!
