Plough and Harrow

Located 15 minutes from the Kent coast, Plough and Harrow is a country pub with a great food and drink menu, plus a beer garden. There are ensuite glamping pods, each with a kitchenette, heating and outdoor patio, along with a selection of electric grass pitches. There are also multiple attractions within a 15 minute drive including Deal, Dover, Sandwich, The East Kent Railway and Wingham Wildlife Park!

About the site

After arriving onsite you can unwind with a freshly poured pint and some tasty pub grub - what more could you want? This country pub (open April to November) provides an ideal rural getaway in Kent, with beautiful beaches and seaside towns within a 15 minute drive too. There are six glamping pods, each sleeping up to four in a double bed and a set of single bunk beds. Bedding and linen are also provided for your stay. All of the pods include a small kitchenette area with a fridge, kettle, toaster and sink. You will also have your own private ensuite with a loo, shower, hand basin, heated towel rail and towels. Outside there is a small patio area with a picnic bench for enjoying your morning brew or a picnic. The pub garden is also the perfect spot to have a tipple in summer. Do note, the pods do not allow dogs but the six camping pitches do, so you may see some four-legged friends around.
