This site is perfect for those after a peaceful retreat back to nature. Based on a farm and with easy access to the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales guests can not only expect stunning views from their pod but are ideally located for exploring! The cosy glamping pods sleep up to four guests with a double bed and a small double sofa bed. Bedding is provided for the double bed but if you require extra bedding for the sofa bed you will need to hire this from the site. A travel cot is also available. The pod is fully furnished and heated with a Freeview TV, table, chairs and electric sockets as well as good 4G mobile service. Inside, the kitchenette has a microwave, toaster, kettle, sink, fridge/freezer and electric hob. All the basic crockery, cutlery, mugs and glasses you will need are provided. Outside guests can enjoy a private decking area with an outdoor seating area and even your own BBQ! There is also an ensuite glamping pod, bell tent and static caravan on site. As the site is located on a working farm, guests will be able to see and meet the range of onsite animals. From the 350 sheep to the cows and the owner's two sheep dogs there is so much to see. The site owners are keen to make your stay as hassle-free as possible. Guests can enjoy a breakfast basket delivered right to their door. Choose between an English breakfast with items like fresh eggs, bacon and sausages or the continental option which includes delicious pastries and cereal/ granola options. That's not all! There are a range of BBQ baskets available suitable for couples, families and vegetarians. These include everything you will need for a delicious al fresco dinner. The couples and family options include sausages, burgers, kebabs, buns, crisps, salads and sauces. While in the vegetarian basket, you can enjoy veggie sausages, kebabs, corn on the cob, crisps, salads and sauces! The site even has its own honesty shop selling all sorts of useful items. From firewood, toiletries and eggs to games and toys you can borrow to keep the little ones entertained. If you're celebrating something special, there is a celebration package where the site will decorate your pod for you to really mark the occasion! Your pups are welcome to join you with up to two dogs allowed per pod! BBQs are permitted so long as they are raised off the ground. Open fires are only permitted in raised fire pits.
