About the site

Located on a family farm, the site offers a scenic countryside location to sit back and unwind. The site is in a wonderful position for exploring, being set in the Yorkshire Dales with the Lake District and North Pennies within a 20 minute drive too! The Meadow Den is the site's most simple camping pod, equipped with just two floor mattresses. Guests staying in this pod will need to bring all of their usual camping gear and bedding with them. This pod is also off-grid and there is no electric, lighting or heating. Great for families, the site's four camping pods include two sleeping benches/platforms, plus room for additional camp beds for little ones. Bedding is not provided so please bring this with you. Step outside and you will find your own picnic bench for meals in the open, plus a fire pit for toasting marshmallows. You can also add a fire pit starter kit to your booking so you have everything you need to get going! Everyone will have access to shared individual shower rooms nearby. The camping and touring guests will also have use of these. All of the pods are dog friendly too, with one pup permitted per camping pod. The onsite farm kitchen and bar offers burgers and pizza during peak times, and you can even pre order a Farmer Mike breakfast bap with Cumberland sausage and a fried egg. Vegetarian and vegan options are also available.
