About the site

This small glamping site is set on a working farm, surrounded by wildflowers and fruit trees. It offers a peaceful getaway to the countryside, whilst being within a ten minute drive of sandy beaches. Scarborough is also only 15 minutes away, making it easy to enjoy a day of traditional seaside fun. There are two cosy cabins to choose from. The Deer Hut sleeps two people in a double bed, while the Pear Tree Hut has a king-size bed and a double sofa bed, sleeping up to four. Bedding and towels are included too. Inside the cabins, you'll find a fridge, air fryer, kettle, toaster, and other kitchen essentials like plates, cups, knives and forks. Each cabin also has a log burner to keep warm, with firewood and kindling ready to use. Pear Tree also offers a handy internal sink. Outside of the cabins, there is a private deck with a table and chairs, plus a fire pit with a grill that is great for roasting marshmallows or having a BBQ in the evening. If the weather gets chilly, the site provides extra blankets, hot water bottles, and heated blankets to help guests stay warm. The cabins are within 10m of a compost loo and 50m from the showers. These are shared with the two bell tents onsite. There's a car park about 50m from the glamping area. Guests can sometimes drive closer to unload their things, depending on the weather. If not, trolleys are available to help carry bags. Dogs are welcome too, with up to two allowed per cabin, so your furry friends can come along for the adventure.
