This small unique glamping site is set within a five acre woodland, offering a relaxing getaway within easy of some of Cornwall's most popular beaches and the scenic seaside town of St Ives. Una Kitchen is also only a ten minute walk away, an award-winning restaurant that is great for meals out! Gwithian and Godrevy both enjoy distant sea views through the trees to St Ives Bay and Godrevy Lighthouse. Towans offers similar views, though is set a little lower in the woodland, whilst Saltings is located on the eastern side making it great for watching the sunrise and the wildlife visiting Hayle Saltings SSSI bird reserve. Each of the four person camping pods features two double beds in a bunk bed layout, whilst the five person pods have the addition of a bench sofa for another guest. Foam mattresses, protects and fitted sheets are provided for your stay, though you will need to bring along your own bedding or hire it from the site. The Landpods are off-grid with LED lighting and USB charging points for your devices. There is no heating but the roof is insulated with weatherproof panelling and roll back sides or a lift up roof for ventilation in the warmer months. Other features include astroturf flooring and upholstered bench seating. Located by your pod is your private outdoor kitchen. All of the kitchens include a 3m level worktop, a double gas hob, a kettle and a fire pit with a tripod grill for cooking some traditional BBQ food. A picnic bench and log benches provide somewhere to enjoy your morning coffee. All of the pods have their own allocated facilities so there is no need to share. Saltings and Gwithian have a bathroom with a waterless toilet and sink, with a shower cubicle separately. Godrevy, Towans and Trencrom have all-in-one bathrooms with a waterless toilet, sink and walk-in shower. Trencrom is the only pod that has its toilet facilities adjacent to the pitch, all the rest are located in the site facilities area. There is also allocated fridge space and a communal washing up area in the site facilities area. nearby. Cooking equipment and crockery are available for hire too, with logs and BBQ briquettes to purchase. Towans and Saltings are both dog friendly, meaning one pup can join you in your Landpod.
