About the site


Set amongst 2000 acres of National Trust - Golden Cap, this coastal campsite is in a great location for days swimming in the sea or fossil hunting. Lyme Regis, Charmouth Beach and Bridport are also all within a 20 minute drive! Each of the six Jurassic Escape glamping cabins can accommodate up to four guests with a pull-down double bed, with two single beds on the mezzanine floor accessed by a small ladder. Duvets and pillows are provided, with bed linen available as an optional extra. The well-equipped kitchen includes a microwave, oven, grill, four-ring hob, fridge, kettle, and sink. Whether you're making a quick breakfast or a dinner for all of the family, it is kitted out with everything you should need! There is an open plan living space which features an L-shaped sofa and a TV for entertainment. An electric fire will keep you nice and cosy, while Bluetooth speakers and USB sockets keep your devices charged and music playing. WiFi is available at an extra charge too. Each pod includes a large ensuite bathroom that includes a toilet, sink, and a spacious shower. You will also have a heated towel rail, but please bring your own towels with you. Step outside onto the private decking area, complete with seating. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind under the stars after a day of adventure. Private parking can also be found just outside. Two of the pods are dog friendly, allowing up to two canine companions to join you for your stay. There is even an onsite dog walking meadow for them to stretch their legs! The park offers a range of camping/touring pitches, static caravans and luxury lodges too.

Facilities include shower and toilet amenities, a dog exercising meadow, a fishing lake, and a children's play area. The park has a shop stocked with everyday groceries, ice cream, gifts, beach toys and local produce. Information about walks is provided on the tourist information board, together with details of local attractions.

Guests are welcome to use the facilities at nearby Highlands End Holiday Park, including a swimming pool, sauna and steam room, a bar and restaurant, children's soft play and a foot golf course. All activities are payable onsite.

The nearby Anchor Inn is just 100 metres from the park entrance, on the beachfront, and offers fantastic food and drink. There are two great pubs within walking distance of the park.

Check-in is available from 4pm until 8pm, if you are going to be delayed please let the site know. Check out is due before 10am.

Check-in is available either at reception or self check-in via a keycode/lock box.

Duvets and pillows are provided but please either bring your own bed linen or hire it from the site as an optional extra. You will need to bring your own towels too.

Two of the pods are dog friendly and two are kept pet free. The site allows up to two dogs to join you on your holiday - there is even a dog walking meadow for them to have a run around in.
