About the site
Located in the peaceful Nottinghamshire countryside is this small but luxurious glamping retreat. Ideally, based just outside of Southwell, all your local amenities are within walking distance, including a few popular country pubs. This family and dog friendly site is also great for those looking to explore with Sherwood Forest just a 30 minute drive and Sundown Adventure land 35 minutes away! The site offers four modern, ensuite glamping pods, two of which have their own wood-fired hot tub. All glamping pods sleep four with the Daisy, Lily and Bluebell pods including one double bed and one double sofa bed. While the Rosy glamping pod also sleeps four but with a luxurious king-size bed and double sofa bed. Bedding and towels are provided in all of the pods. Each glamping pod also includes an ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. The Rosy pod also includes a heated towel rail. All pods have a small kitchenette which includes a two ring electric hob, fridge/ freezer, toaster, kettle, sink as well as enough crockery, cutlery and glasses for four people. For your morning brew, tea and coffee making facilities are provided. Inside the pods have a table, four stools, a clothing rail and coat hangers. These pods are perfect for all seasons with underfloor heating making it nice and toasty. The Rosy pod also has infrared heating. Outside the Daisy and Lily pods is a small patio area with seating. The Bluebell pod enjoys a private wooden gazebo area with comfy outdoor furniture and a two-person wood-fired hot tub. The Rosy pod also has its own wood-fired hot tub and outdoor furniture, but it boasts a veranda rather than a gazebo area. One small well-behaved dog is welcome in the Daisy, Lily and Rosy pods. No dogs are allowed in the Bluebell pod. If you're looking for some al fresco dining, fire pits are available to hire from the site.
