About the site
Nestled within 20 acres of picturesque woodland, this sustainable site offers a peaceful retreat in the Scottish Borders, just 40 minutes from Edinburgh. The site is built with nature in mind, growing its own food, focusing on rewilding the farm and offering stays in eco-conscious pods made from locally sourced material. The site features three pods, each accommodating up to four people with a double bed and a sofa bed. Bedding and towels are provided for two, but please bring extra bedding for the sofa bed. Each pod has a smart TV, WiFi and a fully equipped kitchenette, including a kettle, electric hob, microwave, and fridge, plus a small dining table. The pods also come with an ensuite bathroom that includes a toilet, shower, hand basin, and heated towel rail. Outside, there's a small decking with a table and chairs for two to enjoy the fresh air. Enjoy evenings around the communal fire pit, toast marshmallows and meet fellow campers. Meet the friendly onsite hens, pigs and colony of bees, who all have a part to play in the sustainability of the site. Two of the pods are pet free and one is dog friendly, with up to two pups welcome!
