Stay in the heart of Yorkshire, surrounded by fields and woodlands yet within easy reach of cities like York and Hull and the coast. These glamping pods are set on the Garrowby Estate, the largest of the Earl of Halifax's Estates. There are four glamping pods set staggered in a paddock on the country estate, there is a path that leads from the paddock gate to each of the pods to ensure privacy. The pods feature underfloor heating making them the perfect option for an all year round glamping getaway. The pods were manufactured locally in Hull, and each is named after one of the dales on the Garrowby Estate. Sleeping up to five, the pods are the perfect option for families, or for couples who want lots of space to unwind. There are two double beds in the pod, one at the back with a single bunk above for a little one, and one in between the ensuite and the kitchenette. All of the beds have Sealy mattresses and come made up with luxurious bed linen and duvets. The layout allows for little ones to head to bed whilst you snuggle up on the sofa in front of the TV with a glass of wine. There is an extendable dining table with chairs, plus a sofa and wall mounted TV, WiFi and Bluetooth speakers for unwinding in style. For preparing simple meals your pod also has a kitchenette with a ceramic hob, a fridge with an ice compartment, a toaster, kettle, coffee machine and microwave. All crockery, cutlery and glassware is also provided. Your ensuite features a shower, toilet, wash basin, heated towel rail and towels. Each pod has large windows facing the country views, where you can step out onto the decking and admire the view. The decking has outdoor seating and a brazier fire pit with your first pack of locks provided. If you fancy dining al fresco, the site has a gas BBQ available to hire along with a BBQ pack to make things simple. For breakfast you can order a breakfast pack, equipped with the key ingredients for a traditional English breakfast. Th site also offers smores kits and a prosecco and macaroon package. Dogs are not permitted in the glamping pods, the site is surrounded by wildlife which the site do not wish to disturb.
