Located just 20 minutes outside of Derby, Hill Farm Caravan and Camping Site is a family run site near the Trent and Mersey Canal. The site offers simple glamping pods, each with proper beds and kitchenettes. For making the most of the outdoors, there are private hot tubs, decking and BBQs. There are multiple pubs within a 20 minute walk, plus Nottingham is a 30 minute drive away too. Dogs are welcome!

About the site
An ideal location for exploring Derbyshire, with the Peak District within a 40 minute drive too. If you would rather adventure on foot, there are also plenty of scenic trails around the site, with the Trent and Mersey Canal running nearby. All of the pods measure 4m x 4m and can accommodate up to three adults or two adults and two children. Inside there are two single beds with mattresses, with room to bring inflatable beds for extra guests. Bedding is not provided so you will need to bring it with you. A small kitchenette includes a fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle and sink. For charging all of your devices, there are four double sockets and USB sockets too. Each pod is also insulated with heating for ensuring they are cosy all year round. Outside you will find a decking area with a BBQ, picnic bench and two person wood-fired hot tub. The Plus camping pods have the upgrade of a larger decking, a larger picnic bench, a parasol, TV and a stone built BBQ. The pods share access to the site facilities, including a heated toilet and shower block and washing up area. Camping, touring and bell tent guests will share access to these. All of the pods are dog friendly too, with up to three dogs welcome to join you for your stay.
