Church Stile Farm and Holiday Park

The simple insulated and heated pods offer a traditional camping experience, without having to bring the tent. The site enjoys mountain views and is only 15 minutes from Scafell Pike, with easy access to a range of walking trails. There is also an onsite farm shop for all your essentials, with dogs welcome too!

About the site

Located amongst oak woodland, this campsite provides a great base for hiking Scafell Pike, only 15 minutes away, and exploring scenic hiking and cycling trails. Seascale and the Cumbria coast are also within a 15 minute drive! There are three simple camping pods onsite, each measuring 2.7m x 4.4m in size. Each allows a maximum of three adults or two adults and two children. Do note, that no beds or bedding are provided. To keep you nice and warm, each pod is fully insulated and features double glazed doors and a wall heater. You will also have electric sockets, lighting and a window. For enjoying a picnic or your morning brew, a picnic bench can also be found just outside. Do note, the pods come completely empty so guests will need to bring along all of their own usual camping equipment including beds, bedding and cooking equipment. Shared amenities can be found a short walk away from the pods and include toilets, free showers, hair dyers, a make up area and a freezer for ice blocks. Guests can also bring along their own raised fire pit or BBQ for cooking. Alternatively, the site has some for hire too. Dogs can also join you for your stay, with up to two pups per pod. Please note, there are also camping/touring pitches and shepherd's huts onsite.
