About the site
Located on a family-run farm with countryside views and a beach just 15 minutes away, this family and dog friendly site is a great choice for those after a relaxing getaway. With three luxurious ensuite glamping pods, with optional wood-fired hot tubs, a stay here is sure to be a tranquil one. If you're after a couples retreat then these heated glamping pods are a great choice with each including a comfy king-size bed. All bedding along with fluffy white towels are also provided. Inside you will also find cosy sofas, a TV and WiFi. There is also a modern ensuite bathroom with a toilet, shower, sink, towel rail and bathroom essentials like hand soap and toilet roll. Each pod also has a fully equipped kitchen with a toaster, microwave, twin hob, fridge and kettle. Basic cooking essentials along with crockery and cutlery are provided. If you're after a hot drink, tea, coffee and sugar are provided along with biscuits from the Northumbria Bakehouse if you're after something sweet. Outside is a private enclosed garden area with a picnic bench and chairs. You can even soak up the views from your own wood-fire hot tub which is available for an additional fee. A BBQ and fire pit is also provided but please ensure you bring your own charcoal. There is also private parking available for the glamping pods. Travel cots and high chairs can be provided upon request. The three glamping pods all have the same facilities however their interior designs may differ. The site also offers a range of other unique glamping options including canal boats and showman's wagons. Dogs are more than welcome to join you for your stay in the glamping pods but please note they are not permitted in the other glamping accommodation on site.
